Begin with the job you need to do. We checked these exact Amazon.com listings, then pulled out the dimensions, capacity and limitations that help you decide. This is an editorial selection, not hands-on testing or a ranking.
No live prices, stock promises or product photography. Clear specifications, practical questions, and space to make your own choice.

Tare function
For weighing ingredients into one bowl and dividing a batch into consistent portions. Tare and two-button controls keep the routine simple.
Before you choose
The 5 kg capacity includes the bowl. Its 1 g increments may be too coarse for very small amounts of yeast or other ingredients.
For cookies and tray bakes when you want two matching pans. Comparing the outside measurement with your oven rack is more useful than the name “half sheet.”
Before you choose
Each pan is 17.9 × 12.9 inches outside. Check oven clearance and care instructions for uncoated aluminium before ordering.

A PAUSE BEFORE THE PURCHASE
Three things worth checking.
01
Measure before ordering.
Check pan dimensions, oven clearance and rack space. A familiar size name is not enough.
02
Match the batch.
Check the recipe’s stated pan size and yield before choosing another pan. A change in depth or shape can also change baking time.
03
Check the heat.
An oven thermometer can help compare settings. It does not measure whether the centre of food is cooked.
Optional usage counts show which tools work and where people get stuck. Recipe details, entered values and files are never included. The tools work the same either way.
